Camille Veneracion

Based in New York, Camille works at BlackRock bringing experience from her previous tenure at Dow Jones & Co.

She graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and moved to New York several years later, where she completed a Master’s degree in International Development at New York University (NYU). Prior to her time in New York, she spent a year in Geneva, Switzerland, studying International Relations and Law at the Université de Genève. During this time, she worked for an NGO organization headquartered at the United Nations, where she managed human rights projects involving participants from 16 different countries.

Driven by a commitment to gender equity, Camille served as the Founder and CEO of the Younger Women’s Task Force of Los Angeles (YWTF-LA). The nonprofit provided pro-bono consulting services to female-led businesses and social impact groups while supporting awareness for issues critical to women.

Her dedication to community service spans over a decade. Locally, she serves on the Women’s Committee of the Central Park Conservancy and volunteers with Apex for Youth, a nonprofit organization that empowers underserved Asian and immigrant youth in NYC. A member of Visionary Women since 2018, Camille remains passionate about long-term investment in young girls, viewing it as a fundamental driver of global economic growth and sustainable development.
