Celene Afari

Celene Afari is a Los Angeles-based attorney with a passion for bridging the worlds of business, law, and the arts. Drawing from her diverse experiences, Celene is committed to creating impactful solutions that combine legal expertise with a deep understanding of creative industries.

Celene earned her undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, where she completed a rigorous concentration in Global Management alongside her Business Administration studies. This foundation in business strategy and international relations paved the way for her role as a consultant on Deloitte’s Global Trade Advisory team. In this position, Celene utilized her business acumen and multilingual abilities to help organizations navigate complex local and international regulatory environments.

After her time at Deloitte, Celene returned to Los Angeles to pursue her Juris Doctorate at Loyola Law School, graduating in Spring 2025. Throughout law school, Celene gained invaluable experience as a judicial extern for the Honorable Sheri Bluebond, where she worked closely with the court on a range of matters. She also contributed to the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office through the Poehls/Hobbs Practicum, and further honed her legal skills in both corporate and entertainment law.

As she embarks on the next chapter of her legal career, Celene continues to integrate her business background, legal expertise, and passion for the arts in ways that drive innovation and advocacy.
