Dorin Esfahani

Dorin Esfahani has dedicated her career to philanthropy. She is the Director of Major Gifts for American Friends of Magen David Adom, and was featured in Beverly Hills Living magazine’s Forty under 40 in 2023.

Dorin grew up in Los Angeles and graduated with honors from UCLA with a degree in Communication Studies, after which she worked as a publicist for fashion, beauty, and lifestyle clientele. Needing to align deeper with her passions, she pursued the non-profit space in 2013, joining UCLA Health Sciences Development to raise funds for research, training, and programs in neurosciences and psychiatry. After nearly eight years with UCLA Health, she joined the Los Angeles division of American Friends of Magen David Adom, fundraising for an apolitical NGO – Magen David Adom – Israel’s national emergency medical system, designated blood services, and global disaster relief and humanitarian aid agency.
