Kristen Gilmer brings over 25 years of experience in Luxury Hospitality and Retail in major cities including Scottsdale, Las Vegas, New York, and Beverly Hills. She has held leadership roles with iconic brands including Four Seasons, Cartier, and Tiffany & Co., and currently serves as Store Director of Gabriela Hearst, where she is known for her strong leadership and ability to inspire high-performing teams. Outside of work, she is a proud mother to a 10-year-old son and enjoys an active lifestyle focused on health, running, and biking.
