Minu Verma is a passionate health advocate, author, and artist dedicated to promoting wellness and preventive care. She holds a Master’s degree in Emergency Medicine and Physician Advocacy from UC Davis and focuses on empowering women to better understand their health and embrace their inner strength.
She began her career in modeling, working both internationally and in the United States, an experience that instilled in her a lasting sense of confidence, discipline, and presence.
She is the author of Misfit and is currently curating an art book inspired by her original paintings—an intimate collection rooted in emotion, memory, and resilience. Inspired by her grandchildren, this work reflects her desire to share creativity, joy, and meaningful expression with the next generation. Following the loss of her mother in 2020, she returned to painting, transforming grief into a deeply personal and expressive artistic journey.
She is supported by her husband, a dedicated cardiologist whose quiet commitment to healing and excellence reflects the values she holds close. She is also a proud mother of two accomplished daughters—one a cardiologist and the other an entertainment attorney—who embody strength, grace, and a strong sense of purpose.,and excellence in their field . As a grandmother, she finds deep joy and a renewed sense of purpose, bringing added meaning and inspiration to both her life and her creative work.
