Rachel Kaye

Rachel Kaye is a Los Angeles native and Senior Managing Partner at her family’s company, Kaye Investment & Management, Inc.

She specializes in commercial real estate, with a focus on industrial and office assets, and plays a key role in the management and strategic positioning of  properties.

Rachel is known for her professionalism, integrity, and meticulous attention to detail. She takes a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to her work and places great value on building long-standing, trusted partnerships with tenants.

Deeply rooted in her faith, Rachel places importance on her Jewish identity and is actively involved in her community, including her engagement with the Jewish Federation of Los Angeles. This commitment to community is central to her personal values. 

Outside of her professional pursuits, Rachel enjoys curating meaningful experiences through event planning and has an appreciation for interior design, nonfiction literature, and classical piano.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
