Sara Ardehali
Sara Ardehali, DDS is a board-eligible pediatric dentist and passionate advocate for children’s oral health. A Los Angeles native, she attended Brentwood School before earning her bachelor’s degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology with a minor in Psychology at Barnard College of Columbia University. She went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Dentistry. Driven by a mission to empower children, Sara pursued her postdoctoral residency in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Southern California. During her second year of residency, she trained at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, where she gained extensive experience treating children with a wide range of dental and complex medical needs. Throughout dental school and residency, she held leadership roles within her class’s governing body, taught dental and pre-dental students, and volunteered at community health care clinics.
Sara is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the California Dental Association, and the Southern California Society of Pediatric Dentistry. Her clinical interests include preventive dentistry and clinical research, where she has presented her research at professional meetings. She is involved with the Iranian American Women Foundation, where she previously served as the co-chair of the Los Angeles Rising Leaders chapter. Currently, Sara practices pediatric dentistry in multiple private practices throughout Los Angeles. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys tennis, skiing, discovering new restaurants, and traveling.
