Sharon Ourian

Sharon Ourian is the founder and CEO of CyberActive, the first company to offer traffic school and driver education courses online. What began as a single-state program grew into a nationwide platform offering professional licensing and continuing-education courses in real estate, mortgage, notary, and OSHA compliance. These programs are offered both directly to consumers and through contractual agreements with state agencies, school districts, and private businesses across the United States.

She also founded Melkpm, an AI property management software platform that manages both commercial and residential portfolios. Melk integrates AI automation, compliance management, and financial oversight into one system, enabling property owners and operators to manage assets more effectively and with greater transparency.

Sharon also also the co-founder and principal of Ourian Family Office, a diversified family office with holdings across ten U.S. states, including commercial, residential, and specialty real estate, as well as a multi-state car wash portfolio. 

She is an advocate for cancer research and early detection and contributes to cancer research at UCLA. Her passion lies in entrepreneurship and advancing women in business, encouraging women to pursue ambitious careers while raising families and remaining actively involved in their communities. That balance of professional responsibility and family engagement defines her approach to leadership and purpose.
