Diane Holland, a Los Angeles native, earned her B. A. (with honors) at Immaculate Heart College and her M. F. A. at Otis Art Institute. In addition to drawing, painting, and sculpture, Holland works in extended media, including collage and new photographic techniques, exploring these throughout her entire professional career. Holland has exhibited throughout California, on the American East Coast, in Europe and Japan; her 1997 artist’s book Amari Marbu was acquired by the Bibliothèque Nationale in Paris. She has participated in a number of performance artworks, her own and others’, and has extensive experience as an actress in cinema and television.
