As a former resident of beautiful Seattle, Malea continues to enjoy her move in 1988 to sunny Southern California where she attended college and law school. Since 2000, Malea has worked as a corporate securities attorney for NetSol Technologies, Inc., a publicly traded company listed on NASDAQ. Malea counsels NetSol on its corporate governance needs, securities regulations and SEC reporting and NASDAQ compliance. She has also assisted in establishing NetSol’s international corporate structure, which included the formations of wholly owned subsidiaries in several countries around the globe.
In 2001, Malea and her family, founded a special needs private school for children under the age of 18 and have continued supporting this mission in every aspect. In 2003, Malea and her family funded the building of a girls' dormitory in a private high school after a natural disaster destroyed it. Malea’s philanthropic passion lies in all things related to children and children education, especially girls’ education.
Malea lives with her husband and two daughters in Bel Air, CA where she enjoys juggling between family time, volunteering for school, work and philanthropy. She enjoys traveling, reading, cooking classes and hiking.
