Flavia Arsenault is a headhunter and creative staffing leader. After starting up the
Los Angeles office at the fastest growing creative staffing firm in the U.S. (INC
5000) she struck out on her own in 2018 to start Yellow Bob, a company helping
brands, agencies, and start-ups hire extraordinary talent.
Tiffany Beck was born and raised in Chicago Illinois. During high school, Tiffany moved to California in order to train as a nationally ranked figure skater at the Ice Castle International Training Center in Lake Arrowhead.
Jessica Graduated magna cum lade from the University of Miami with a Masters of Science and is a board certified FNP. While in school she worked at a cardiac clinic where she served as the head research liaison on a pacemaker and coronary artery study.
Alli Conrad is an expat at heart with a cultured background. Born in the United States and raised in multiple cities like Singapore, Houston, Hong Kong, and Los Angeles. She has been working 5+ years in the luxury fashion and retail industry with a strong focus in marketing and product development.
Katie Franzeo is a Los Angeles transplant via Emerson College in Boston. In 2010, she received her bachelor's degree in Television Production. Since then, Katie has built a career for herself in the industry as a Producer with a focus in live and unscripted television where she manages creative, cast, and crew.
Renee Huesca was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina and graduated from The College of Charleston in three years with a major in Communications and double minor in Film Studies and International Studies.

Bree Jacoby is a Los Angeles native with a splash of East Coast mentality and spunk. Bree has been an entrepreneur since she was 13 years old, with her first company being a jewelry business. By 20, she was managing and building up retail businesses in Los Angeles and New York City.
Zoe Josephson was born in Hong Kong, China and spent her formative years in both the Bay Area and Beverly Hills, CA. Following her education at The Archer School for Girls and Beverly Hills High School, she graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a degree in Communications and Digital Studies with an emphasis on Film, TV, and Radio.

Elizabeth Pezza, co-founder of Culture Projects, is an accomplished cultural
consultant, project manager, and marketing professional with over 15 years of
experience working for museums and creative businesses. Her expertise includes
art, entrepreneurship, and technology.
Alexandra (Alie) Rosenthal is an LA native who graduated with a Communication
degree from Chapman University in 2015. Since then, Alie has built a career for
herself in the fashion/beauty industry in Los Angeles, CA. She currently manages &
oversees all digital media platforms for a private labelling company that
manufactures clothing for their celebrity clients.
Originally from East Lyme, Connecticut, Victoria came to California in 2010 and earned her B.A. in Economics and Government from Claremont McKenna College, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She was a collegiate athlete and played on the varsity women’s tennis team for all four years.
Jessica is an East Coast transplant from Massachusetts, having moved to Los Angeles several years ago in search of a new adventure. She has strong experience as a marketing and brand development professional working in various industries including finance, manufacturing, and real estate.
Camille graduated from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and she spent
a year in Geneva, Switzerland studying International Relations and Law at
Université de Genève. While in Switzerland, she worked at the United Nations,
managing human rights projects with participants from 16 different countries.
