Leila Ardehali is a consultant at Oliver Wyman, a leading global management consulting firm. Based in San Francisco and previously New York City, she has helped advise Fortune 500 companies in the realms of strategy, profitability, operations, risk, and organizational transformation to create significant, lasting change. Prior to Oliver Wyman, Leila interned at J.P. Morgan as a Business Management Intern within the Investment Banking Group. Originally from Los Angeles, Leila attended Brentwood School, where she was one of the founders of "It's Our Turn: Young Women's Conference." The conference aims to empower young women by discussing social issues facing the generation. Leila received her bachelor's degree from Barnard College of Columbia University in May of 2018. She graduated with a major in Economics & Mathematics and a minor in Psychology, while also credited as an Athena Scholar. Leila was a member of Delta Gamma Zeta Theta chapter at Columbia University.
